Brass Bear is our go-to spot for a low energy afternoon in the Funk Zone. Their limited food menu is full of high quality ingredients and locally sourced meat and produce. Tri-tip sliders are a favorite!

Flor De Maiz blends contemporary and traditional flavors and style to serve up a refreshing take on Mexican dining. Located on Cabrillo Blvd, the seaside atmosphere are hard to beat. They also have a great happy hour.

Fresh seafood combined with the busy harbor energy sets this restaurant up as a favorite of tourists and locals alike. They don’t take reservations so off-peak times are great for quick seating. Don’t miss the Fish & Chips!

The Nook is a hidden gem in the Funk Zone. The menu is perfect for either a grab and go lunch or dinner with friends over a beer or glass of wine from the surrounding tasting rooms.

Milk & Honey is our date night favorite. They playfully combine the small town comforts of Santa Barbara with the atmosphere of a restaurant in a more metropolitan city. Their eclectic tapas menu is full of fun local flavors.

The Lark is another date night favorite. Shared plate style dining let you  many of their amazing flavors. Reservation are necessary as this place fills up fast!

Muni is our favorite daytime wine hangout. Bring some cards and relax on their patio with a bold red blend and peekaboo ocean views. Try different wines from their Muni, Potek, and Nowadays labels. 

Located outside of the main tourist areas, Third Window Brewing is our favorite spot to get away from the Funk Zone craziness. Check their rotating food menu for some of the best pizza and smash burgers in town.

Don’t miss a cold beer at the oldest brewery in Santa Barbara. Enjoy food, drinks, and games in their ‘Unbearable’ Lounge – there’s actually a 10ft bear inside. 

There is no shortage of wine tasting in Santa Barbara, but nothing comes close to the view at Deep Sea. Enjoy your favorite wine on their patio with breathtaking sunset views.

Lama Dog Tap Room has 20 revolving craft beers on tap, 4 varieties of wine on tap and keeps the bottle shop full of craft beer from around the world. They share the space with The Nook so be sure to grab a Lama Burger.

A tropical island inspired neighborhood craft cocktail bar. Rather than trying to say that description five times fast, just head over there and try a Passion Fruit Mule!
